This Lens is Microscopic module with 5x objective lens with 1um resolution and 8.7mm FOV ,and is mainly used for industrial inspection and optical systems.
Depending on the camera and magnification used, the tube lens can be replaced.- purpose : For Micro LED / LCD / PCB inspection(Micro Pattern), Machine Vision and Pattern inspection
- For use with cameras : Area Scan Camera(29M 5.5um), Line Scan Camera(12k 5um, 16k 5um, 23k 3.5um)
- Magnification : 5x, 7.42x, 9.425x
